4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Activities.

Nomos Group reserves the right to report suspicious or unlawful activities to relevant authorities.

5. Account Responsibilities.

* You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
* You agree not to share or sell access to your account.
* Any activity occurring under your credentials will be presumed to be yours, unless reported otherwise.

6. Financial & Investment Disclaimer.

* All content provided by Nomos Group is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
* Prices displayed are indicative and subject to volatility due to market forces.
* You bear all risk in connection with your use of our services.

7. Gift Card & Cryptocurrency Transactions.

* You represent that any gift card you submit is legally obtained and valid.
* Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and confirmed by third-party networks (e.g., Bitcoin).
* Nomos Group is not responsible for transaction failures due to incorrect wallet addresses, delays in network confirmations, or blockchain errors.
* All trades on Nomos Group are final and binding.

8. Fees, Pricing, and Settlement.

* You agree to pay all applicable service fees as disclosed at the time of transaction.
* Nomos Group reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
* Final payouts may differ from initially displayed amounts but will reflect current market conditions.

18. Force Majeure

Nomos Group shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, outages, network attacks, or pandemic disruptions.

19. Modification of Terms.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Republic of Nigeria.
